Baby Girl update...

TWO WEEKS TO GO...and I couldn't be more ready! It's hot and I'm hormonal! The best guess is that she weighs about 7 pounds 4 ounces as of today, so she will probably be an 8 pounder but still smaller than her 2 brothers. I think we are all ready for her to be here so mommy can get back to normal!! ;) Happy fourth of July to everyone!

MLTD and Baby Girl

Hello again!

Things are getting crazy around our house with no chance of slowing down any time soon!

Tyler finished his 1st and 2nd season of soccer and flag football recently. I think football was his favorite and his team made it to the "championship" game. He is getting excited about his baby sister coming...he asks me almost every day when I pick him up if she's here yet. We are also getting ready for kindergarten and he seems to be excited. Of course it could be that he got a new back pack and lunch bag but hey...whatever works right?

David is doing fantastic in school, he was transitioned out of the infant room and into the young toddler room with his friend Huck about a month ago and hasn't looked back! We like to say they got kicked out for being to rowdy, apparently banging on the cribs of sleeping newborns means it's time for a new classroom! He's got the zombie walk down and will be sprinting soon I'm sure! I am just in shock at how well he has done with his day care, every day I pick him up it seems he has learned something new!

And last but not least, baby girl eden is due in 7 weeks. I've been having contractions for almost 8 weeks now, nothing the doctor is alarmed about just paying close attention to what's going on. As of this week, I'll be induced on July 11th if she's not here on her own by then. Everyone seems to think she will be in attendance for July 4th...but we'll see.

I am amazed at how my children are growing so quickly and am extremely grateful that they are happy and healthy! That's all the news I have for now...I hope everyone is doing well and getting ready for summer!

This is Tyler and his girlfriend Madeleine...she's been promised to him since their birth...his mom is one of my very best friends and we think they would make GORGEOUS babies, in about 30 years of course!

Tyler learning how to snap the ball, he played center (Pa's position) most of the year and had a great time!

How can you say no to that face...well...It's quite possible that you can't!

Football & Karate

Hi all! Sorry for not being a good blogger...things have been super busy at our house. David started daycare in late December and he LOVES it! I am so happy with the facility and his teachers are fantastic! Tyler started Karate in November and is doing very well, he likes to practice his kicks and punches but most important is learning some social skills with the other kids in his class. He also started flag football in January and is having a BALL!!! His dad is the assistant coach and the head coach is one of the parents from his soccer team. So far he's more of a defensive guy, except when he plays center, which runs in the family since it was my dads position in college! Oh and then there's baby #3 coming in July...everyone is doing well, happy and healthy so I couldn't ask for anything more!

*The first game it was FREEZING cold...I think he has on about 5 layers of clothes...the next week it was 80! Crazy Texas weather!
